Services
One crew, from demo to the last seam.
Supply and install, or labor only. We do the demo, the prep, and the moisture work in house instead of handing it to a sub. Free measurement and estimate, and there’s no minimum job size.
01
Installation
Supply and install is what we prefer, because then the material and the labor are both ours to stand behind. If you’ve already bought your floor, we’ll do labor only.
Most of our work is commercial, and most of that is in buildings that can’t close. We sequence the job around the operation rather than asking the building to work around us. Residential runs the same crew, whether it’s one room or the whole house.

02
Demo
Old floor out, hauled off, slab left clean.
Tear-out is where jobs go sideways. Glue-down carpet, ceramic, and old adhesive all come up differently, and what’s underneath isn’t known until it’s exposed. We price demo honestly and tell you what we find on the day we find it, before the surprise turns into a change order you didn’t approve.
Carpet and pad removal
Glue-down tile and VCT
Adhesive and thinset grinding
Haul-off and disposal
Dust control for occupied buildings
03
Moisture Mitigation
The floor fails from what’s underneath it.
Concrete gives off vapor for years after it’s poured. Bond a floor to a wet slab and it cups, curls, or lets go, usually months after everyone’s been paid. We test every slab before we quote, and when it needs a mitigation system we install it ourselves. Most contractors subcontract this or decline the job.
Calcium chloride and relative humidity probe testing
Moisture vapor barriers and primers
Readings back the same day we test
Written results for facility records
This is the one we get called about most, usually by someone whose last floor failed.
04
Prep
Grinding, self-leveling, and patching.
A finished floor shows every dip in the slab underneath it. Flattening is slow and unglamorous, and it’s the reason an install still looks right in year five. Subfloor prep is in our estimate rather than added later as an extra.
Grinding high spots and old adhesive
Self-leveling underlayment
Patching cracks and low spots
Flatness checked before the first row goes down
Working around the building
We work around your schedule.
Nights, weekends, and phased installs. Our team has worked in dialysis centers, emergency rooms, hospitals, and commercial kitchens where the space can’t shut down, so we plan the sequence with your facilities team before the first plank moves.
