Installer fitting a dark wood-look luxury vinyl tile plank to the subfloor

Resilient Sheet & Tile

Resilient covers two formats that share a job. Tile comes in pieces and can be replaced one at a time. Sheet comes in a roll, and its seams get heat welded into a single continuous surface. Which one a room gets usually comes down to how it’s cleaned.

Where it fits

A hard-surface look that a maintenance crew can actually live with.

01

Clinics and offices

Glue-down over a tested slab takes chairs, carts, and a nightly wet mop without lifting.

02

Lobbies and entries

Takes grit and rolling traffic at the door, and a damaged tile lifts out without touching the rest of the floor.

03

Baths and utility rooms

Small format handles drains, slopes, and tight cuts better than long plank.

How we lay it

01

Test and prep

Glue-down is unforgiving of a wet or uneven slab. Moisture readings first, then level.

02

Snap the grid

Layout gets set off the building, not the wall, so the tile lines read straight down a corridor.

03

Glue and roll

Adhesive to spec open time, then rolled. That’s the step most installers skip.

04

Detail and walk it

Perimeter, thresholds, and drains cut tight, then walked with you.

Sheet vinyl

Sheet vinyl and welded seams

In a clinic, a kitchen, or any room that gets hosed or wet mopped, a welded seam is the point. The sheet is rolled out, the seams are grooved and filled with a heat welded rod, and the result is one surface with nothing for water to get under. Coving the material up the wall removes the floor to wall joint too. Our team has done this in dialysis centers, emergency rooms, hospitals, and commercial kitchens.

01

Treatment and clinical rooms

Welded seams and coved bases so the floor cleans as one surface. Installed overnight, back in service by morning.

02

Commercial kitchens

Slip-resistant sheet, sealed around drains, equipment legs, and thresholds.

03

Baths and laundry

Residential wet rooms where a continuous surface beats any tile joint.

01

Slab first

Moisture tested and mitigated before anything is bonded down. Non-negotiable on sheet goods.

02

Template and cut

Cut to the room off a template, so seams land away from traffic and standing water.

03

Weld and cove

Seams grooved and heat-welded, bases coved and capped, corners hand-formed.

04

Inspect wet

We wet the floor and check the welds before we call it done.
