27 years in flooring, most of it on his knees. Victor came up as a foreman doing installs and grunt work, and learned the trade in rooms where a bad floor shuts a facility down. He still checks the seams before the crew leaves. His son Josue works beside him, and his brother is on the crew.

Commercial and facilities
Our team has installed flooring in dialysis centers, emergency rooms, hospitals, and commercial kitchens. We work around the facility, running nights and weekends and phasing the job so the space keeps operating. Those rooms carry rules a house doesn’t: infection control, moisture documentation, welded seams, and a hard ceiling on how long an area can be out of service, so we plan the sequence with your facilities team before the first plank moves.
