Installer setting a grey carpet tile using a tape measure and utility knife

Modular carpet tile.

The commercial specification that pays for itself. Damage one tile and you replace one tile, not the room. That’s why facilities keep coming back to it.

Where it fits

Built for buildings that can’t close.

01

Open-plan offices

Installed over a weekend, sequenced by zone. Staff come back Monday to a finished floor.

02

Corridors and lobbies

Heavy traffic, rolling loads, and a floor that can be spot-repaired in an hour.

03

Multi-tenant and turnovers

Damaged tiles swapped between tenants instead of a full replacement.

How we lay it

01

Set the grid

We snap the layout off the building, not off the wall, so the pattern reads straight.

02

Dry-lay the pattern

Quarter-turn and ashlar layouts get dry-laid before adhesive so the direction arrows are right.

03

Install by zone

Zone by zone, cleaned at the end of each shift, path kept clear.

04

Hand over attic stock

Labeled boxes left on site with the lot numbers written down.
